摘　　要：慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是一种以慢性炎症为特征的疾病,炎症是COPD发展的核心。研究表明针刺对COPD具有明显的治疗效果,抑制炎症反应是针刺治疗COPD的关键机制。目前针刺治疗COPD的抗炎机制主要集中在抑制COPD炎症反应和自噬、调控相关炎症信号通路、调节免疫细胞功能和改善神经机制等方面,本研究探讨COPD的发病机制和针刺治疗COPD的抗炎机制,为针刺治疗COPD的相关机制研究提供依据。Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a disease characterized by chronic inflammation,which is central to the development of the disease.Studies have shown that acupuncture have obvious therapeutic effects in treatment of COPD,and inhibiting inflammatory response is the key mechanism of acupuncture treatment.At present,the anti-inflammatory mechanism of acupuncture treatment of COPD mainly focuses on inhibiting COPD inflammatory response and autophagy,targeting and regulating related inflammatory signaling pathways,regulating immune cell function and improving neural mechanism.This study explored the pathogenesis of COPD and the anti-inflammatory mechanism of acupuncture treatment of COPD to provide a basis for the future related mechanisms study of acupuncture treatment of COPD.
