针药结合干预神经性皮炎研究进展

摘　　要：神经性皮炎为一种临床上常见的慢性皮肤炎症疾病,具有高发病率的特点。针药结合疗法在改善神经性皮炎瘙痒皮损炎症方面疗效确切,不良反应少。本研究搜集梳理近年治疗神经性皮炎的有关文献,围绕病因病机、病理机制及治疗方法等进行论述,结果发现针药结合疗法能够有效促进皮损处微循环,通过介导神经炎性反应等机制干预神经性皮炎的治疗。Neurodermatitis is a common chronic skin inflammatory disease with an increasing incidence.The combination of acupuncture and medication has a definite effect on improving inflammations of neurodermatitis,including itching and skin lesions,and there are few adverse reactions of this therapy.This study collected and sorted out the relevant literature on the treatment of neurodermatitis in recent years,discussed the etiology,pathological mechanism and treatment methods,and it found that the combination of acupuncture and medication could effectively promote the microcirculation of skin lesions and mediate neuro-inflammatory response to intervene neurodermatitis.
