摘　　要：历史文化遗产保护和发展的协调是业界长久以来的难题。该文基于新内生发展理念,结合历史文化遗产保护政策和相关规定,探索对遗产本体保护利用、对历史元素挖掘利用等不同策略,以多样化体验和文化性创意等为大众提供多样化的文化感知和认同途径。引导周边居民多类型、多层级的就业方式,从而实现内生发展和外生动力有效融合,以期在实现乡村历史遗迹和文化遗产保护的同时,促进地方经济和社会发展,并对其他地区的保护规划工作提供参考。The coordination of the protection and development of historical and cultural heritage has been a long-standing problem in the industry.Based on the new endogenous development concept,combined with the historical and cultural heritage protection policies and relevant regulations,we explore different strategies such as the protection and utilization of heritage itself,and the excavation and utilization of historical elements,so as to provide diversified cultural perception and identification ways for the public through diversified experience and cultural creativity.Guiding the surrounding residents to engage in multi-type and multi-level employment helps to achieve effective integration of endogenous development and exogenous power.We aim to achieve the protection of rural historical relics and cultural heritage while promoting local economic and social development,so as to provide reference for the protection planning work in other regions.
