摘　　要：历史文化街区作为典型的城市空间承载着城市的记忆,对传承历史文脉、推动高质量发展、坚定文化自信具有重要意义。住房与城乡建设部在2021年印发关于历史文化保护传承的意见中提到要从分类、保护和管理三个方面着手建立城乡历史文化保护传承体系为我们提供了指导思想。该文基于国内现有的历史文化街区分类的常用方法和结果进行总结与反思,分析其概念认知、体系构建和适用性的不足之处。以河南省25片省级历史文化街区为研究对象,从街区的功能和历史文化资源为核心的评价维度建立适用于历史文化街区分类体系,旨在为保护历史文化街区的政策制定者提供新思维,为研究人员对河南省历史文化街区研究提供参考。As a typical urban space,historical and cultural blocks carry the memory of the city,which is of great significance to inherit the historical context,to promote high-quality development,and to strengthen cultural self-confidence.In the 2021 Opinions on the Protection and Inheritance of Historical and Cultural Heritage,the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development mentioned that it is necessary to establish a system for the protection and inheritance of urban and rural history and culture from three aspects:classification,protection and management,which provides us with a guiding ideology.In this article we summarize and reflect on the commonly used methods and results of classifying historical and cultural blocks in China,and analyze the shortcomings of their conceptual cognition,system construction,and applicability.Taking 25 provincial-level historical and cultural blocks announced in He'nan Province as the research object,a classification system suitable for historical and cultural blocks is established based on the evaluation of the functions and historical and cultural resources of the blocks.The aim is to provide new thinking for policy makers who protect historical and cultural blocks,and to provide reference basis for researchers to study historical and cultural blocks in He'nan Province.
