摘　　要：节能减碳背景下农村地窖相比需要依赖电力的冰箱更具低碳优势,挖掘农村地窖贮藏文化并研究其当代应用具有重要意义。以晋南运城市闻喜县传统地窖为研究对象,在调研这一地区农村传统地窖基础信息及利用现状的基础上,对相关物理环境数据进行实测与分析,总结晋南传统地窖的营建智慧并讨论其当代利用以助力节能低碳及晋南传统地窖贮藏文化的保护与发展。Under the background of energy conservation and carbon reduction,rural cellars have a lower carbon advantage compared to refrigerators that rely on electricity.It is of great significance to explore the storage culture of rural cellars and study their contemporary applications.Taking the traditional cellars in Wenxi County,Yuncheng City,Jinnan as the research object,based on the investigation of the basic information and utilization status of traditional cellars in rural areas in this area,relevant physical environment data were measured and analyzed.The construction wisdom of traditional cellars in Jinnan was summarized,and its contemporary utilization was discussed to assist in energy conservation and low-carbon,as well as the protection and development of traditional cellar storage culture in Jinnan.
