摘  要:为了研究不同燕麦品种在河北省东部滨海盐碱地不同含盐量土壤下的适应性,试验将8个燕麦品种分别种植于土壤含盐量为0.08%、0.24%和0.45%的3个土壤含盐量地块,每个品种3个重复,每个重复1个小区,小区面积为6 m^(2)(2 m×3 m),共72个试验小区。燕麦种子于2022年3月3日播种,播种量为150 kg/hm^(2),行距为20 cm,播前施复合肥(N∶P2O5∶K2O质量比为17∶17∶17)600 kg/hm^(2),小区采取人工除草,整个生育期无灌溉。统计不同燕麦品种在不同含盐量土壤下的生育期、产草量;于乳熟期每个小区随机取燕麦鲜样500 g检测燕麦粗蛋白和碳水化合物含量;燕麦植株灰化后测定K+、Na+和Cl-含量。结果表明:随着土壤含盐量的升高,燕麦生育期延后。土壤含盐量为0.24%时,较土壤含盐量为0.08%时的燕麦鲜草产草量、干草产量降低,但差异不显著(P>0.05);但当土壤含盐量为0.45%时,较土壤含盐量为0.08%和0.24%时的燕麦鲜草产草量、干草产量显著降低(P<0.05);当土壤含盐量为0.08%和0.24%时,Ivo和Black Roque的鲜草产量、干草产量均显著高于其他品种(P<0.05)。在3个土壤含盐量水平下,随着盐分含量的升高,各燕麦品种(除Black Roque外)粗蛋白含量均表现为逐渐升高趋势,而碳水化合物则呈逐渐降低趋势;Ivo和Black Roque的粗蛋白含量、碳水化合物(除Forage plus外)含量显著高于其他品种(P<0.05),适应性最好。在3个土壤含盐量水平下,土壤含盐量为0.24%时燕麦K+、Na+和Cl-含量最高,对盐分离子吸收效果最好;Ivo和Black Roque的K+、Na+和Cl-含量显著高于其他品种(P<0.05)。说明Ivo和Black Roque在河北省东部滨海盐碱地区的适应性最好,适宜在河北省东部滨海轻度盐碱地(土壤含盐量低于0.3%)推广种植。To study the adaptability of different oat varieties in saline-alkali soils with different salt contents in the eastern coastal areas of Hebei Province,eight oat varieties were planted in three soil salt content plots with soil salinity of 0.08%,0.24%and 0.45%respectively.Each variety was repeated three times,with one plot for each repetition.The plot area was 6 m2(2 m×3 m),and there were 72 experimental plots.Oat seeds were sown on March 3,2022,with a sowing amount of 150 kg/hm2 and a row spacing of 20 cm.Before sowing,a compound fertilizer of 600 kg/hm2(N∶P2O5∶K2O mass ratio of 17∶17∶17)was applied.The plot adopted manual weeding,and there was no irrigation throughout the entire growth period.The growth period and grass yield of different oat varieties in soils with different salt contents were analyzed.At the milk ripening stage,500 g fresh oat samples was randomly token from each plot to detect the contents of crude protein and carbohydrate,and the contents of K+,Na+and Cl-in oat plants were determined after ashing.The results showed that the growth period of oats was delayed with the increase of soil salt content.When the soil salt content was 0.24%,the fresh yield and hay yield were lower than those when the soil salt content was 0.08%,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).When the soil salt content was 0.45%,the fresh yield and hay yield were significantly decreased compared with the soil salt content of 0.08%and 0.24%(P<0.05).When the soil salt content was 0.08%and 0.24%,the fresh yield and dry yield of Ivo and Black Roque were significantly higher than those of other varieties(P<0.05).At three soil salt levels,the crude protein content of all oat varieties(except for Black Roque)showed a gradually increasing trend with the increase of salt content,while the carbohydrates showed a gradually decreasing trend.The crude protein content and carbohydrate content(except for Forage plus)of Ivo and Black Roque were significantly higher than those of other varieties(P<0.05),indicating the best a
