摘　　要：为规范头部伽玛刀围治疗期护理标准,保证治疗效果,降低患者相关并发症,提升患者舒适度和满意度,编写小组结合国内外相关指南、共识、循证医学证据及专家组成员多年临床实践经验,编写头部伽玛刀围治疗期护理专家共识。共识总结了头部伽玛刀治疗前中后护理、心理护理、特殊人群护理、新型伽玛刀技术护理、出院指导、常见并发症护理及设备故障处理预案方面的内容,覆盖了头部伽玛刀围治疗期护理的各个环节。共识条目简单明了、易于执行,涵盖内容能够补充和完善现有的护理规范及标准,有助于解决临床问题,指导临床实践。In order to standardize the standard of nursing care during the treatment of gamma knife perioperation,ensure the treatment effect,reduce the complications related to patients,and improve the comfort and satisfaction of patients,the writing team compiled the expert consensus on nursing care during the treatment of gamma knife perioperation,combining the relevant guidelines,consensus,evidence-based medicine evidence and clinical practice experience of the expert group for many years.The consensus summarized the treatment of nursing,psychological nursing,special population nursing,new gamma knife technology nursing,discharge guidance,common complications nursing and equipment failure treatment plan before,during and after the head gamma knife treatment,covering all aspects of the head gamma knife treatment.The consensus articles are simple and easy to implement,and the contents can complement and improve the existing nursing norms and standards,and help to solve clinical problems and guide clinical practice.
