摘 要:在现代城市生活中,中小套住宅因其经济实用和适应性强的特点,逐渐成为居住市场的主流。厨房作为家庭生活中的核心空间之一,其设计合理性直接影响到居住者的日常生活质量。然而,在当前的中小套住宅设计中,厨房往往因空间限制和设计理念的滞后而难以满足用户多样化的需求。基于此,文章分析了当前中小套住宅厨房设计的特点、需求和原则,并围绕厨房布局、储物设施、照明与通风、安全防护以及智能科技的应用等方面提出了人性化设计策略。In modern urban life,small and medium-sized residential units have gradually become the mainstream of the housing market due to their economic practicality and strong adaptability.As one of the core spaces infamily life,the rationality of kitchen design directly affects the quality of daily life of residents.However,in the current design of small and medium-sized residential properties,kitchens often struggle to meet the diverse needs of users due to space limitations and outdated design concepts.Based on this,the article analyzes the characteristics,requirements,and principles of current kitchen design for small and medium-sized residential units,and proposes humanized design strategies around kitchen layout,storage facilities,lighting and ventilation,safety protection,and the application of intelligent technology.
