苏子降气汤联合复方甲氧那明胶囊治疗COPD急性加重期患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨苏子降气汤联合复方甲氧那明胶囊治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期患者的临床效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年12月于启东市中医院呼吸内科治疗的100例COPD急性加重期患者作为研究对象,通过随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采用复方甲氧那明胶囊治疗,观察组在此基础上给予苏子降气汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后的中医症候积分(咳嗽、咳痰、喘息、哮鸣音及胸膈满闷)及炎症因子(C反应蛋白、降钙素原)。结果:观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组咳嗽、咳痰、喘息、哮鸣音及胸膈满闷积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组C反应蛋白、降钙素原水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在COPD急性加重期患者中实施苏子降气汤联合复方甲氧那明胶囊治疗,可提高患者的临床有效率,改善中医症候积分,减轻炎症反应。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Suzi Jiangqi Decoction combined with Compound Methoxyphenamine Capsules in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Method:A total of 100 patients with acute exacerbation of COPD treated in the Respiratory Medicine Department of Qidong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Compound Methoxyphenamine Capsules,and the observation group was treated with Suzi jiangqi Decoction on this basis.The clinical efficacy,Traditional Chinese Medicine symptom scores(cough,sputum,gasp,wheezing and chest and diaphragm congestion)and inflammatory factors(C-reactive protein,procalcitonin)of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Result:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of cough,sputum,gasp,wheezing and chest and diaphragm congestion in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the C-reactive protein and procalcitonin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of Suzi Jiangqi Decoction combined with Compound Methoxyphenamine Capsules in patients with acute exacerbation of COPD can improve clinical efficacy,improve traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,and alleviate inflammation.
