健脾化湿汤对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者临床症状、胃黏膜病理程度及胃功能指标的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨健脾化湿汤对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者临床症状、胃黏膜病理程度及胃功能指标的影响。方法:选取2022年9月—2023年5月浙江省中医院消化内科收治的86例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为两组,各43例。对照组予以西医常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的同时予以健脾化湿汤治疗。比较两组的临床症状、总有效率、胃黏膜病理程度及胃功能指标。结果:观察组总有效率为95.35%,高于对照组的79.07%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组胃脘疼痛、胃脘胀满、纳差少食、胃脘灼热评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组固有腺体、肠化区、异型增生评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血清胃蛋白酶Ⅰ(PGⅠ)、胃泌素-17(G-17)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健脾化湿汤应用于慢性萎缩性胃炎患者治疗中可进一步提高临床效果,促进其临床症状有效缓解,并改善胃黏膜病理程度及胃功能。Objective:To investigate the effects of Jianpi Huashi Decoction on clinical symptoms,pathological degree of gastric mucosa and gastric function indexes in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis.Method:A total of 86 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis admitted to the Internal Digestive System Department of Zhejiang Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Jianpi Huashi Decoction at the same time.The clinical symptoms,total effective rate,pathological degree of gastric mucosa and gastric function indexes were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.35%,which was higher than 79.07%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of epigastric pain,epigastric fullness,hypoglycemia and epigastric burning in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of intrinsic glands,intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum pepsinⅠ(PGⅠ)and gastrin-17(G-17)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Jianpi Huashi Decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis can further improve the clinical effect,promote the effective relief of clinical symptoms,and improve the pathological degree of gastric mucosa and gastric function.
