如意金黄散外敷在慢性创面治疗中应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨如意金黄散外敷在慢性创面治疗中应用效果。方法:选取2021年3月—2023年3月贵州省第二人民医院收治的60例慢性创面患者。根据随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各30例。两组均给予常规外科清创治疗,对照组给予红蓝光照射,观察组在对照组基础上给予如意金黄散外敷。比较两组治疗前后创面坏死组织情况、创面渗出液情况、创面肉芽生长情况及疼痛程度。结果:治疗后,两组创面坏死组织性质评分、创面坏死组织量评分均降低,观察组创面坏死组织性质评分、创面坏死组织量评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组创面渗出液量评分、创面渗出液性质评分、创面渗出液颜色评分、创面渗出液气味评分均降低,观察组创面渗出液量评分、创面渗出液性质评分、创面渗出液颜色评分、创面渗出液气味评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组创面肉芽生长情况评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均降低,观察组创面肉芽生长情况评分、VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:如意金黄散外敷治疗慢性创面效果良好,能够改善创面坏死组织及渗出液状况,促进创面肉芽生长,减轻疼痛,从而加速创面愈合。Objective:To explore the application effect of Ruyi Jinhuang Powder applied externally in the treatment of chronic wounds.Method:Sixty patients with chronic wounds admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Guizhou Province from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional surgical debridement treatment,the control group was given red and blue light irradiation,and the observation group was given Ruyi Jinhuang Powder external application on the basis of the control group.The conditions of wound necrotic tissue,wound exudation,wound granulation growth and pain degree before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the wound necrotic tissue properties scores and wound necrotic tissue volume scores of both groups were decreased,and the necrotic tissue properties scores and wound necrotic tissue volume scores of observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the wound exudate volume scores,wound exudate property scores,wound exudate color scores and wound exudate odor scores of both groups were decreased,and the wound exudate volume scores,wound exudate property scores,wound exudate color scores and wound exudate odor scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the wound granulation growth score and visual analogue scale(VAS)score of both groups were decreased,and the wound granulation growth score and VAS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ruyi Jinhuang Powder has a good effect on chronic wound treatment,which can improve the necrotic tissue and exudate condition of the wound,promote the growth of wound granulation,reduce pain,and accel
