中医拔火罐护理在老年腰痛患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医拔火罐护理在老年腰痛患者中的应用效果。方法:抽取2022年11月—2023年8月上海市金山区众仁老年护理医院的60例老年腰痛患者为研究对象,采用红蓝信封法分为参比组(常规护理,n=30)和分析组(中医拔火罐护理,n=30)。比较两组应用效果。结果:两组护理前中医症候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,分析组转侧不利、腰部寒疼、舌苔白腻、脉沉迟缓等中医症候积分较参比组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组护理前视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及日本骨科协会评估治疗量表(JOA)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与参比组相比,护理后分析组VAS评分更低,JOA评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。分析组各维度护理满意度评分均高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医拔火罐护理在老年腰痛患者中的应用效果显著,可明显改善临床症状和腰部功能,降低疼痛评分,也利于护理满意度提升。Objective:To analyze the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine cupping jar nursing in elderly patients with low back pain.Method:A total of 60 elderly patients with low back pain in Zhongren Elderly Care Hospital in Jinshan District,Shanghai from November 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the subjects.The red and blue envelope method was used to divide the patients into reference group(conventional nursing,n=30)and analysis group(traditional Chinese medicine cupping jar nursing,n=30).The application effects between two groups was compared.Result:There were no significant differences in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms such as adverse side rotation,cold pain in the waist,white tongue coating and slow pulse in the analysis group were lower than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in visual analogue scale(VAS)score and Japanese Orthopaedic Association evaluation treatment scale(JOA)score between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).Compared with the reference group,the VAS score after nursing in the analysis group was lower,and the JOA score was higher,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction scores of each dimension in the analysis group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of traditional Chinese medicine cupping jar nursing in elderly patients with low back pain has significant effects,which can significantly improve clinical symptoms and lumbar function,reduce pain scores,and also help improve nursing satisfaction.
