摘　　要：目的:探讨蛤蚧定喘胶囊与吸入用乙酰半胱氨酸溶液治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的临床效果。方法:选取2022年2月—2024年2月黔东南苗族侗族自治州人民医院收治的94例COPD患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为两组,各47例。所有患者均予以常规支持性治疗,对照组采用吸入用乙酰半胱氨酸溶液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增用蛤蚧定喘胶囊治疗。比较两组临床疗效、用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、慢阻肺评估测试(CAT)评分、白细胞(WBC)计数、C反应蛋白(CRP)、不良反应情况。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组FVC、FEV1水平高于对照组,CAT评分、WBC计数、CRP低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在COPD患者应用乙酰半胱氨酸治疗过程中,给予蛤蚧定喘胶囊可提升整体疗效,改善患者的肺部功能,降低炎症因子指标,且用药过程的安全性较好。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Gejie Dingchuan Capsules and Acetylcysteine Solution for Inhalation on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Method:A total of 94 COPD patients admitted to the People's Hospital of Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture from February 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.All patients were given routine supportive treatment,the control group was treated with Acetylcysteine Solution for Inhalation,and the observation group was treated with Gejie Dingchuan Capsules on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),COPD assessment test(CAT)score,white blood cell(WBC)count,C-reactive protein(CRP)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of FVC and FEV1 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the CAT score,WBC count and CRP were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of COPD patients with Acetylcysteine,the administration of Gejie Dingchuan Capsules can improve the overall curative effect,improve the lung function of patients,reduce the indicators of inflammatory factors,and the safety of the administration process is good.
