自拟调肺散结汤治疗肺小结节的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨自拟调肺散结汤治疗肺小结节的临床效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2023年6月清流县总医院收治的103例肺小结节患者,随机将其分为研究组(n=52)和对照组(n=51)。对照组给予安慰剂,研究组给予自拟调肺散结汤治疗。对比两组结节直径、中医症候积分、肺功能指标[用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、FEV_(1)/FVC%]、免疫炎症指标[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)]。结果:治疗前,两组结节直径、中医症候积分、肺功能指标、免疫炎症指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组结节直径小于治疗前及对照组,中医症候主症、次症积分及IL-6水平均低于治疗前及对照组,FVC、FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)/FVC%、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、IgG水平高于治疗前及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟调肺散结汤治疗肺小结节利于缩小结节,缓解炎症反应,纠正免疫失衡,改善肺功能。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of self-prepared Tiaofei Sanjie Decoction on pulmonary nodules.Method:A total of 103 patients with pulmonary nodules admitted to Qingliu County General Hospital from January 2019 to June 2023 were randomly divided into study group(n=52)and control group(n=51).The control group was given placebo,and the study group was given selfdesigned Tiaofei Sanjie Decoction.The nodule diameter,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,pulmonary function indexes[forced vital capacity(FVC),the forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV_(1)),FEV_(1)/FVC%],and immune and inflammatory indexes[interleukin-6(IL-6),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),immunoglobulin G(IgG)]were compared between the two groups.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in nodule diameter,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,lung function indexes and immune and inflammatory indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the nodule diameter of the study group was smaller than that before treatment and the control group,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine primary symptoms and secondary symptoms and IL-6 levels were lower than those before treatment and the control group,and the levels of FVC,FEV_(1),FEV_(1)/FVC%,CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)and IgG were higher than those before treatment and the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-prepared Tiaofei Sanjie Decoction in the treatment of small pulmonary nodules is beneficial to shrink nodules,relieve inflammation,correct immune imbalance and improve lung function.
