摘　　要：全过程人民民主不仅是中国传统民主形态的发展,也呈现了一种新的民主政治的普遍理论与实践。本文旨在揭示全过程人民民主背后的马克思主义理论基础,通过从规范到实践的对话,对无产阶级政党领导下的人民民主政治实践的理论优势进行意识形态论证。本文将经典社会主义理论基础和中国社会主义实践深度结合,着重探讨历史唯物主义视域下的政治经济、政权形态、政治秩序、国家机器和社会革命的理论如何在全过程人民民主中得到体现和应用,并思考其国际意义和对人类政治文明的深远影响。The concept of “whole-process people's democracy” is not only a development of traditional democratic forms in China, but also presents a new universal theory and practice of democratic politics. This article aims to reveal the Marxist theoretical foundation of whole-process people's democracy and demonstrate its theoretical advantages under the leadership of the proletariat party. The article integrates the foundational theories of classical socialism with the practices of Chinese socialism and explores from the perspective of historical materialism how ideas about political economy, state forms, political order, state apparatus, and social revolution are reflected and applied in the whole-process people's democracy. The international significance of whole-process people's democracy and its profound impact on human political civilization are also discussed.
