摘 要:针对塔河油田油井部分机采井供液能力差、气体影响等造成系统效率偏低的问题,研制了抽油机人工智能提效技术。该技术通过全新的连接逻辑控制方式,不依托外部任何传感器及上位机的控制,根据转矩波形的包络面积等效于示功图的包络面积,以泵效在合理状态优化后的转矩波形特征及包络面积作为控制基准,实现保压稳产、提高系统效率和节电的目的。现场应用表明:该技术可将泵效提高20%,系统效率平均提升2.68%。Aiming at the problems of low system efficiency due to poor liquid supplying capacity,gas influence for some oil wells in Tahe oilfield,an artificial intelligence efficiency improvement technology for pumping units is developed.Through a new connection logic control method,and without relying on any external sensor and host computer control,according to that of the torque waveform is equivalent to the envelope area of the indicator diagram,the torque waveform characteristics and envelope area after the pump efficiency is optimized in a reasonable state used as the control benchmark,pressure assurances and stable production,system efficiency improving and electricity saving are achieved.The field application shows that the technology can improve the pump efficiency by 20%,and the system efficiency is increased by 2.68%on average.
