摘 要:随着石油化工行业技术的发展,对控制系统的投资成本、建设周期、可维护性、智能化等的要求也越来越高,为了顺应这种趋势,推出了一种通用IO结合就地IO柜的电子布线技术。从IO卡件、布线形式、可靠性、工程周期、后期维护等方面,对比了传统布线技术与电子布线技术的差异;从信号和网络、电子布线柜布置、防爆、供电和接地等方面探讨了电子布线技术的应用设计。结合实际项目应用情况,总结了电子布线技术的优势,为电子布线技术的推广和应用提供一定的参考意义。With the development of technology in the petrochemical industry,the requirements for investment cost,construction cycle,maintainability and intelligence of the control system are also getting higher and higher.To comply with the trend,the electronic marshalling technology of general IO combined with local IO cabinet is introduced.The differences between the traditional marshalling technology and the electronic marshalling technology are compared with the aspects of IO card parts,marshalling form,reliability,engineering cycle,later maintenance and so on.The application design of electronic marshalling is discussed from the aspects of signal and network,electronic marshalling cabinet arrangement,explosion-proof,power supply and grounding.Combined with the actual project application situation,the advantages of electronic marshalling technology is summarized,and certain reference for the popularization and application of electronic marshalling technology is provided.
