摘 要:采用Aspen Plus模拟软件对天然气乙烷回收系统建立了模拟模型,并对脱乙烷塔和液化气塔进行了灵敏度分析,考察了进料位置对产品质量与再沸器热负荷的影响。结果表明:随着进料位置的下移,脱乙烷塔塔顶产品中乙烷的摩尔分率呈倒U形变化,塔底产品中乙烷的摩尔分率和再沸器热负荷呈U形变化,脱乙烷塔最适宜的进料位置为第17块塔板上方;随着进料位置的下移,液化气塔再沸器热负荷呈U形变化,塔底异戊烷和正戊烷的摩尔分率均呈倒U形变化,而塔顶产品中丙烷的摩尔分率逐渐减小,液化气塔最适宜进料板位置为第8~10块塔板。A simulation model of natural gas ethane recovery system was established using Aspen Plus simulation software,and sensitivity analysis was conducted on the deethanizer and liquefied gas tower.The influence of feed plate on product quality and reboiler heat load was investigated.The results showed that as the feed position moved downwards,the molar fraction of ethane in the top product of the deethanizer tower showed an inverted U-shaped change,while the molar fraction of ethane in the bottom product and the heat load of the reboiler showed a U-shaped change.The most suitable feed position for the deethanizer tower was above the 17th tray;as the feed position moved downwards,the heat load of the reboiler in the liquefied gas tower changed in a U-shape.The molar fractions of isopentane and n-pentane at the bottom of the tower both changed in an inverted U-shape,while the molar fraction of propane in the top product gradually decreases.The most suitable feed plate position for the liquefied gas tower was the 8th to 10th trays.
