摘 要:为了适应汽柴油市场的变化,针对北方冬季低标号柴油市场需求量较大的实际情况,盘锦浩业化工有限公司通过优化常减压、催化裂化、延迟焦化、加氢裂化、柴油改质装置的工艺参数,达到多产柴油,提高装置柴汽比的目的。结果表明:通过采取提高轻组分拔出率,降低催化裂化、延迟焦化过程的反应深度,降低重组分裂解程度,降低分馏塔温度等优化调整措施,可使全厂柴油收率由13.67%提高至14.18%,汽油收率由7.63%降低至7.43%,柴汽比由1.79提高至1.91,综合能耗降低1.9 kg/t(以标准油计)。In order to adapt to the changes of the gasoline and diesel market,in view of the actual situation of the large demand for low-grade diesel market in northern winter,Panjin Haoye Chemical Co Ltd achieved the purpose of producing more diesel by optimizing the process parameters of atmospheric and vacuum distillation,fluid catalytic cracking,delayed coking,the hydrocracking and the diesel quality modification of the device.The results showed that by adopting the optimization adjustment measures such as improving the distillate yield of light component,reducing the reaction depth of the fluid catalytic cracking and delayed coking processes,reducing the cracking degree of heavy component and reducing the temperature of the fractionator,the diesel yield of the whole plant increased from 13.67%to 14.18%,the gasoline yield decreased from 7.63%to 7.43%,the ratio of diesel to gasoline increased from 1.79 to 1.91,and the comprehensive energy consumption decreased by 1.9 kg/t(measured by standard oil).
