增产航空煤油的优化措施

摘  要:为了提高航空煤油(以下简称航煤)产量,对中国石油华北石化公司航煤生产状况及存在问题进行了分析,并在现有装置基础上,采取了优化常减压装置原油品种,拓宽航煤馏分,增加加氢裂化原料,级配多产航煤催化剂等措施。结果表明:通过采取以上优化措施后,直馏航煤收率由4.37%提高至9.72%;加氢裂化装置负荷由55%提升至80%,加氢裂化航煤收率由33%提高至48%,总航煤产量增加97万t/a,汽柴油产量减少90万t/a。In order to increase the production of aviation kerosene,the production status and existing problems of aviation kerosene in North China Petrochemical Company,PetroChina,were analyzed.Based on the existing equipment,some measures were taken,such as optimizing crude oil varieties,expanding aviation kerosene fractions,increasing hydrocracking raw materials and grading more aviation kerosene catalysts.The results showed that by adopting the above optimization measures,the yield of straight-run aviation kerosene increased from 4.37%to 9.72%,the load of hydrocracking unit increased from 55%to 80%,the yield of hydrocracking aviation kerosene increased from 33%to 48%,the total aviation kerosene production increased by 970 kt/a,and the gasoline and diesel output reduced by 900 kt/a.
