摘  要:对中国石油兰州石化公司甲乙酮装置脱碳五塔再沸器Ⅰ管束结焦堵塞的原因进行了分析,并提出相应的优化措施。结果表明:造成脱碳五塔再沸器Ⅰ管束结焦的主要原因是碳五物料中的烯烃以及脱碳五塔塔釜再沸器Ⅰ存在过热点;通过采取提高脱碳五塔塔釜液位,降低脱碳五塔再沸器Ⅰ热负荷,优化脱碳五塔塔釜热量流程等措施,可使脱碳五塔再沸器Ⅰ的加热负荷由优化前的9470.842 MJ/h降至5812.549 MJ/h。The causes of tube bundle coking in C_(5)removal tower reboilerⅠof methyl ethyl ketone unit of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company,PetroChina,were analyzed,and the corresponding optimization measures were proposed.The results showed that main cause of tube bundle coking of reboiler I was the olefin in C_(5)raw materials and hot spot of the reboiler I.The heating load of the reboilerⅠcould be reduced from 9470.842 MJ/h to 5812.549 MJ/h by increasing the liquid level of C_(5)removal tower,reducing the heating load of the reboilerⅠand optimizing the heat of C_(5)removal tower.
