摘 要:有柄石韦具有显著的淋巴细胞增殖促进作用,但有效成分并不明确。课题组推测硒元素可能是有柄石韦T淋巴细胞增殖作用的有效成分之一,计划对贵州不同产地九批次有柄石韦进行硒元素含量检测并测试其提取物对H9淋巴细胞增殖效果。实验发现,贵州各产地有柄石韦硒元素含量在1.8~4.0μg/L之间,所有批次有柄石韦提取物对H9淋巴细胞均具有增殖促进作用且增殖率在120%~165%之间,两者Pearson相关系数为0.999,具有显著相关性。因此,硒元素是黔产有柄石韦淋巴细胞增殖作用的有效成分之一。Pyrrosia petiolosa(Christ)Ching has significant lymphocyte proliferation promoting effects,but the active ingredients are not fully understood.The research team speculates that selenium may be one of the active ingredients in the T lymphocyte proliferation effect of Pyrrosia petiolosa(Christ)Ching.Therefore,the research team plans to detect the selenium content of nine batches of Pyrrosia petiolosa(Christ)Ching from different regions in Guizhou and test its extract's effect on H9 lymphocyte proliferation.The experiment found that the selenium content of Pyrrosia petiolosa(Christ)Ching from different regions in Guizhou ranges from 1.8 to 4.0μg/L.All batches of Pyrrosia petiolosa(Christ)Ching extracts have a proliferation promoting effect on H9 lymphocytes,and the proliferation rate is between 120%and 165%.The Pearson correlation coefficient between the two is 0.999,which is significantly correlated.This study proves that selenium is one of the active ingredients in the lymphocyte proliferation effect of Pyrrosia petiolosa(Christ)Ching in Guizhou.
