人工智能金融、就业供求意愿和高质量充分就业——基于供求行为视角的面板双栏模型分析

摘　　要：以人工智能金融和就业供求意愿联合驱动高质量充分就业,是落地以引领性技术有效整合生产要素,协同促进新质生产力国家战略的重要举措。基于人工智能金融和就业供求意愿的主客观双要素驱动视角,构筑规范与实证分析有机结合的理论范式,运用面板双栏模型实证检验人工智能金融、就业供求意愿与高质量充分就业的三方内生关系,结果发现:人工智能金融既增强就业意愿和招聘意愿,又促进高质量充分就业;人工智能金融通过居民创业、技术创新等中介效应能够有效提高就业供求意愿和充分就业质量,而人工智能替代效应则对这一影响关系产生相应的弱化作用;人工智能金融对就业意愿和高质量充分就业的影响因区域、受教育程度和性别差异而存在异质性。为此要重视资金动力与就业供求意愿的联合推力,形成多元化因果联动促进机制,设计灵活多样的政策及其执行路径,从主客观两方面协同促进高质量充分就业。Driving the high-quality full employment through the joint efforts of the Artificial Intelligence finance and the supply and demand willingness of employment is an important measure to implement the national strategy of effectively integrating production factors with leading technologies,and promoting synergistically the new quality productivity.From the subjective and objective dual-factor driving perspective of the Artificial Intelligence finance and the supply and demand willingness of employment,a theoretical paradigm that organically combines normative and empirical analysis is constructed,and the panel double-hurdle model is used to test the tripartite endogenous relationship between the Artificial Intelligence finance,the supply and demand willingness of employment,and the high-quality full employment.The results show:The Artificial Intelligence finance not only enhances the employment supply willingness and the recruitment willingness,but also promotes the high-quality full employment;The Artificial Intelligence finance can effectively improve the supply and demand willingness of employment and the full employment quality through the mediating effects of residents entrepreneurship and technological innovation,while the Artificial Intelligence substitution effect has a corresponding weakening effect on this influence relationship;The impact of the Artificial Intelligence finance on the supply and demand willingness of employment and on the high-quality full employment,have structural heterogeneity due to regional and educational levels and gender differences.Therefore,it is recommended to attach importance to the joint thrust of capital motivation and the supply and demand willingness employment,form a diversified causal linkage promotion mechanism,design flexible and diverse policies and their implementation paths,and coordinately promote the high-quality full employment from subjective and objective aspects.
