东盟区域可再生能源资源开发潜力研究

摘　　要：东盟可再生能源资源禀赋优异,电力市场空间大,区域制定了雄心勃勃的可再生能源发展目标,是我国开展可再生能源国际合作的重点区域。运用GIS方法,对东盟区域的光伏、风电、水电等主要可再生能源资源品种进行初步评估,并进行开发经济性分析。结果表明,东盟水能资源丰富,区域水能资源技术可开发量约170 GW,已开发装机约48 GW,开发利用率约28%;东盟绝大部分地区光伏发电量在1350 kW·h/kWp以上,太阳能年总辐射量大于1750 kW·h/m^(2),区域光伏发电的技术可开发量超过9900 GW,已开发装机约23 GW;东盟大部分区域风速在7 m/s以下,风资源条件相对较好的国家主要在中南半岛中南部及马来群岛沿海地带,陆上风电技术可开发量约1000 GW,已开发装机约2.3 GW。ASEAN has abundant renewable energy resources and large power market space,and also has formulated ambitious renewable energy development goals.ASENA is a key region for China to carry out renewable energy cooperation with foreign countries.The GIS tools are used to conduct a preliminary assessment and economic analysis of the main renewable energy resources in the region,including photovoltaic,wind power and hydropower.The technical exploitable hydropower potential in the region is about 170 GW,and current installed capacity of hydropower is about 48 GW,i.e.the development utilization rate is about 28%.The annual total radiation in most areas of ASEAN countries is greater than 1750 kW·h/m^(2),the photovoltaic power generation potential is more than 1350 kW·h/kWp,and the regional technical exploitable potential of photovoltaic resources is more than 9900 GW,but current installed capacity is about 23 GW.Most of the ASEAN countries have wind speeds below 7 m/s,and the countries with relatively better wind resources are mainly distributed in the central and southern Indochina Peninsula and some coastal areas of the Malay Archipelago.The technical exploitable potential of onshore wind power is about 1000 GW,but current installed capacity is about 2.3 GW.
