接触低剂量电离辐射特勤官兵健康教育内容的思考

摘　　要：目的通过对接触低剂量电离辐射特勤官兵健康现状及健康素养的分析,探讨接触低剂量电离辐射特勤官兵的针对性健康教育内容,为健康教育提供借鉴和参考。方法检索有关我军接触低剂量电离辐射特勤官兵各方面健康素养及健康现状的文献,分析各方面健康教育的必要性,并提出具体的健康教育内容建议。结果通过文献分析,发现提高接触低剂量电离辐射特勤官兵电离辐射损伤与防护常识、特殊环境和特殊作业防护常识、常见慢性病知识、传染病防治知识、心理健康维护知识、营养膳食知识、基本急救和战救互救技能、科学运动及训练伤防护知识和自我保健知识等九个方面的认知是提高他们健康素养和提升军事作业能力的内在要求和重要措施。结论建议从以上九个方面入手对接触低剂量电离辐射特勤官兵进行健康教育,真正提高健康教育质效。Objective To analyze the health status and health literacy of special service officers and soldiers exposed to low dose ionizing radiation,and explore the contents of targeted health education for special service officers and soldiers exposed to low dose ionizing radiation,so as to provide reference for health education.Methods The literature on health literacy and health status of special service officers and soldiers exposed to low dose ionizing radiation was retrieved,the necessity of health education in various aspects was analyzed,and specific suggestions on health education contents were put forward.Results Through literature analysis,it was found that the nine aspects of improving the knowledge of ionizing radiation damage and protection knowledge,special environment and special operation protection knowledge,common chronic disease knowledge,infectious disease prevention knowledge,mental health maintenance knowledge,nutrition and diet knowledge,basic first aid and war rescue skills,scientific sports and training injury protection knowledge and self-care knowledge of special service officers and soldiers exposed to low dose ionizing radiation were the internal requirements and important measures to improve their health literacy and military operation ability.Conclusion It is suggested that health education should be carried out on special service officers and soldiers exposed to low dose ionizing radiation from the above nine aspects to really improve the quality and effectiveness of health education.
