摘　　要：近年来,我国房屋坍塌事故时有发生,给人民群众的生命安全、财产安全带来巨大威胁。2021年,“7·12”苏州酒店坍塌事故发生后,根据江苏省消防救援总队命令,江苏省消防医院立即启动应急预案,派出卫勤保障队赶赴救援现场。笔者通过分析“7·12”苏州酒店倒塌事故应急医学救援过程,总结房屋建筑坍塌应急医学救援经验,指出本次救援中合理划分区域,高效检伤分类;搜索营救与医学救治同步推进;科学组织施救与提供心理疏导相结合等举措对顺利营救被困人员具有积极意义。针对房屋建筑坍塌事故应急医学救援面临的受困人员数量庞大,分布散;受困人员伤情复杂,救援难;现场次生灾害多发,风险大等难点,提出通过检伤分类、早期介入、心理援助等方式提升应急医学救援水平。In recent years,house building collapse accidents have occurred frequently in our country,which have brought great threats to people's life safety and property safety.In 2021,after the"July 12"Suzhou hotel collapse accident,according to the orders of Jiangsu Provincial Fire and Rescue Corps,Jiangsu Provincial Fire Hospital immediately launched an emergency plan and dispatched a medical service support team to the rescue site.By analyzing the emergency medical rescue process of the"July 12"Suzhou Hotel collapse accident,the author summarized the emergency medical rescue experience of building collapse.It is pointed out that reasonable division of areas and efficient classification of injuries in this rescue;Search,rescue and medical treatment being progressed simultaneously;and the combination of scientific rescue and psychological counseling is of positive significance to the successful rescue of the trapped people.For the emergency medical rescue of building collapse accidents,the number of trapped people is large and dispersed;The injuries of the trapped people are complicated and the rescue is difficult;Due to frequent secondary disasters and high risks,it is proposed to improve the level of emergency medical rescue by means of injury classification,early intervention and psychological assistance.
