基于五运六气理论探析六气针法联合三因司天方辨证治疗肾病

摘　　要：五运六气视域下探析六气针法联合三因司天方治疗肾病的思路。中医学认为肾病病机呈虚实夹杂,表里同病之势,并在发病时体现出时相性的特点,应用五运六气理论辨证治疗肾病有着独特优势。在五运六气理论的指导下,结合患者出生时、发病时及加重时进行整体判断,能握机于发病之先,五象结合,一定程度上突破常规辨证的局限,进一步提升临床疗效。文章阐明了用五运六气理论审象握机,辨象而施针,因时而用方,针药合用,内外同调。From the perspective of Wuyun Liuqi theory,the idea of using the Liuqi acupuncture method combined with Sanyin Sitian Fang to treat nephropathy was explored.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)believes that the pathogenesis of nephropathy is mixed with deficiency and excess and exterior-interior disease and reflects the characteristics of temporal coherence at the onset of the disease.Wuyun Liuqi theory has a unique advantage in treating nephropathy.Under the guidance of the Wuyun Liuqi theory,the overall judgment considering the patient's birth,disease onset,and disease aggravation was conducted,so as to grasp the pathogenesis before the onset of the disease.The combination of the five representations could break through the limitations of conventional syndrome differentiation to a certain extent and further improve clinical efficacy.The article clarified the application of Wuyun Liuqi theory to observe the representations and grasp the pathogenesis,distinguish the representations and apply the acupuncture,use the prescription according to the time,combine acupuncture and medicine,and thus achieve internal and external treatment.
