多参数磁共振技术检查在鉴别前列腺疾病及病情判断中的作用

摘　　要：目的:分析应用多参数磁共振技术检查鉴别前列腺疾病及判断其病情的作用。方法:选取某院2023年1月~2023年12月收治的疑似前列腺癌患者60例;入院后全部患者均接受多参数磁共振技术检查,并将病理检查结果作为诊断金标准,对多参数磁共振技术检查诊断结果进行分析;比较前列腺癌、前列腺良性病变的相关参数。结果:全部60例患者通过病理组织检查发现,恶性病变、良性病变各40例、20例;多参数磁共振技术检查发现,恶性病变、良性病变各39例、21例,诊断符合率、灵敏度、特异度均为95.0%。与前列腺良性病变患者相比较,前列腺癌患者的ADC明显更低(P<0.05),而CC/C、Ktrans、Kep、Ve、iAUC则明显更高(P<0.05);与中低风险组相比较,高风险组的ADC明显更低(P<0.05),而CC/C、Ktrans、Kep、Ve、iAUC则明显更高(P<0.05)。结论:采用多参数磁共振技术检查,不但能对前列腺病变的良恶性进行准确判断;而且还能准确判断前列腺癌患者的病情严重程度,能获得准确的预后信息及病理结果。Objective:To analyze the application of multi-parameter magnetic resonance technique in diagnosis and diagnosis of prostate disease.Methods:A total of 60 suspected prostate cancer patients admitted to a hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected.After admission,all patients were examined by multi-parameter magnetic resonance technology,and the results of pathological examination were regarded as the diagnostic gold standard,and the diagnostic results of multi-parameter magnetic resonance technology were analyzed.The parameters of prostate cancer and benign prostatic lesions were compared.Results:All the 60 patients were found to have 40 malignant lesions and 20 benign lesions by pathological examination.Multi-parameter magnetic resonance imaging showed 39 cases of malignant lesions and 21 cases of benign lesions.The diagnostic coincidence rate,sensitivity and specificity were 95.0%.ADC was significantly lower in patients with prostate cancer(P<0.05),while CC/C,Ktrans,Kep,Ve and iAUC were significantly higher in patients with prostate cancer(P<0.05).ADC in high-risk group was significantly lower than that in low-medium risk group(P<0.05),while CC/C,Ktrans,Kep,Ve and iAUC were significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of multi-parameter magnetic resonance technique can not only accurately judge the benign and malignant prostate lesions;In addition,it can accurately judge the severity of prostate cancer patients and obtain accurate prognostic information and pathological results.
