摘　　要：目的:综合分析在结肠癌分期检出中应用飞利浦Brilliance 64层多层螺旋CT的效果。方法:研究选择本院2019年1月~2023年8月接纳的结肠癌患者103例为研究对象,均实施飞利浦Brilliance 64层多层螺旋CT检查,观察分析影像学特征,以手术病理结果作为“金标准”,分析该仪器对结肠癌分期的灵敏度、特异度和准确性。结果:在T分期中,手术病理结果显示:≤T_(2)期有17例、T_(3)期有27例、T_(4)期有45例;飞利浦Brilliance 64层多层螺旋CT检出结果显示:≤T_(2)期中有2例被高估为T_(3)期、T_(3)期中有5例被高估为T_(4)期、T_(4)期中有14例被低估为T_(3)期。在N分期中,N_(0)期40例、N_(1)期38例、N_(2)期25例;CT检出结果显示:N_(0)期中有1例被高估为N_(2)期、4例被高估为N_(1)期,N_(1)期中有2例被低估为N_(0)期、2例被高估为N_(2)期,N_(2)期中有6例被低估为N_(1)期。在M分期中,M_(0)期有96例、M_(1)期有27例,M_(0)期中有4例被高估为M_(1)期、M_(1)期中有2例被低估为M_(0)期。飞利浦Brilliance 64层多层螺旋CT在T分期、N分期、M分期中的灵敏度、特异性、准确性均较高,最高灵敏度可达94.74%(M_(0)期)、最高特异性可达100%(≤T_(2)期)、最高准确性可达98.06%(≤T_(2)期、M_(1)期)。结论:飞利浦Brilliance 64层多层螺旋CT可以提高结肠癌病理分期的准确性,并能与术后病理检查相吻合,有很高的临床应用价值,可指导后续治疗,提高整体治疗效率。Objective:To comprehensively analyze the effectiveness of using Philips Brilliance 64 slice multi-slice spiral CT in staging detection of colon cancer.Methods:A total of 103 colon cancer patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to August 2023 were selected as the study subjects.All patients underwent Philips Brilliance 64 slice multi-slice spiral CT examination to observe and analyze imaging features.The surgical pathological results were used as the“gold standard”to analyze the sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of the instrument in staging colon cancer.Results:In the T stage,the surgical pathological results showed that there were 17 cases of≤T_(2) stage,27 cases of T_(3) stage,and 45 cases of T_(4) stage;The detection results of Philips Brilliance 64 slice multislice spiral CT showed that 2 cases of≤T_(2) phase were overestimated as T_(3) phase,5 cases of T_(3) phase were overestimated as T_(4) phase,and 14 cases of T_(4) phase were underestimated as T_(3) phase.In the N stage,there were 40 cases in N_(0) stage,38 cases in N_(1) stage,and 25 cases in N_(2) stage;The CT detection results showed that 1 case of N_(0) phase was overestimated as N_(2) phase,4 cases were overestimated as N_(1) phase,2 cases were underestimated as N_(0) phase,2 cases were overestimated as N_(2) phase,and 6 cases were underestimated as N_(1) phase.In the M stage,there were 96 cases in M_(0) stage and 27 cases in M_(1) stage.4 cases in M_(0) stage were overestimated as M_(1) stage,and 2 cases in M_(1) stage were underestimated as M_(0) stage.Philips Brilliance 64 slice multi-slice spiral CT has high sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy in T stage,N stage,and M stage,with the highest sensitivity reaching 94.74%(M_(0) stage),the highest specificity reaching 100%(≤T_(2) stage),and the highest accuracy reaching 98.06%(≤T_(2) stage,M_(1) stage).Conclusion:Philips Brilliance 64 slice multi-slice spiral CT can improve the accuracy of pathological staging of colon cancer and is consistent with postoperative pathologica
