胰岛素泵与动态血糖监测仪对2型糖尿病的价值分析

摘　　要：目的:分析胰岛素泵与动态血糖监测仪对2型糖尿病的价值。方法:将84例糖尿病患者依据抽签法分为两组,每组42例。所有参与患者均需实施胰岛素泵干预,并在干预后对对照组与实验组分别实施指尖血糖监测、动态血糖检测。结果:实验组血糖相关指标较之对照组差异明显(P<0.05);实验组胰岛功能、临床相关指标、治疗总有效率与对照组对比,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:胰岛素泵联合动态血糖监测,对2型糖尿病的血糖控制效果较为理想,能控制血糖的波动,缩短血糖水平达标时间,减少胰岛素用量,控制低血糖发生率。Objective:To analyze the value of insulin pumps and continuous blood glucose monitors for type 2 diabetes.Methods:84 patients with diabetes were divided into two groups according to the method of drawing lots,with 42 cases in each group.All participating patients are required to undergo insulin pump intervention,and after the intervention,fingertip blood glucose monitoring and dynamic blood glucose testing will be implemented in the control group and experimental group respectively.Results:The blood glucose-related indicators of the experimental group were significantly different from those of the control group(P<0.05);The pancreatic islet function,clinical related indicators,and total treatment effectiveness of the experimental group were significantly different from those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Insulin pump combined with dynamic blood glucose monitoring has an ideal blood sugar control effect in type 2 diabetes.It can control blood sugar fluctuations,shorten the time for blood sugar levels to reach target,reduce insulin dosage,and control the incidence of hypoglycemia.
