摘　　要：目的:探究尿液分析仪与镜检法在尿液检测中的应用价值,为医院检验科工作提供参考。方法:选取2020年1月~2022年1月80例在本院接受尿液检验的患者。患者均接受尿液分析仪、镜检法检测。分析、比对单独及联合检测的检测结果。结果:①尿液分析仪、镜检法,二者检测结果并未一一对应,并非完全相同;②尿液分析仪单一检测阳性检出率为41.25%(33/80),镜检法单一检测为27.50%(22/80),联合检测为52.50%(42/80),尿液分析仪与镜检法联合检测阳性率比尿液分析仪单一检测阳性率、镜检法单一检测阳性率高(P=0.005);③尿液分析仪单一检测漏诊率为11.25%(9/80),镜检法单一检测为25.00%(20/80),联合检测为0(0/80),尿液分析仪与镜检法联合检测漏诊率比尿液分析仪单一检测漏诊率、镜检法单一检测漏诊率低(P<0.001)。结论:尿液检测中尿液分析仪与镜检法均存在各自优势,可采取联合检测的方式,以提高疾病阳性检出率,降低漏诊率,对临床诊断有明确价值。Objective:To explore the application value of urine analyzer and microscopy in urine testing,and provide reference for the work of hospital laboratory departments.Methods:80 patients who underwent urine testing in our hospital were selected and admitted between January 2021 and January 2022.All patients underwent urine analyzer and microscopic examination.Analyze and compare the test results of individual and joint tests.Results:①The results of urine analyzer and microscopic examination were not one-to-one matched and not completely identical;②The positive detection rate of single detection by urine analyzer was 41.25%(33/80),that of single detection by microscopy was 27.50%(22/80),and that of combined detection was 52.50%(42/80).The positive rate of combined detection by urine analyzer and microscopy was higher than that of single detection by urine analyzer and single detection by microscopy(P=0.005);③The single detection missed diagnosis rate of urine analyzer is 11.25%(9/80),the single detection rate of microscopic examination is 25.00%(20/80),and the combined detection rate is 0(0/80).The combined detection missed diagnosis rate of urine analyzer and microscopic examination is lower than that of urine analyzer and microscopic examination(P<0.001).Conclusion:Urine analyzer and microscopy have their respective advantages in urine testing,and joint testing can be adopted to improve the positive detection rate of diseases,reduce missed diagnosis rate,and have clear value for clinical diagnosis.
