摘  要:目的:讨论评估血液检验时微生物鉴定仪、全自动血培养仪的效果及应用价值。方法:选取2022年4月~2023年4月360例在本疾控机构行血液检验的血液感染患者,抽签法随机分为参比组和实验组,各180例,参比组采取微生物鉴定仪检验,实验组使用全自动血培养仪检验,对比组间检验效果。结果:两组敏感度及准确率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);参比组检测成本、速度均高于实验组(P<0.05)。结论:血液感染患者血液检验采用微生物鉴定仪和全自动血培养仪的敏感度和准确性相当,不过全自动血培养仪的医疗成本不高,且检验用时少,应用价值高。Objective:To discuss the effectiveness and application value of microbial identification devices and fully automated blood culture devices in evaluating blood testing.Methods:A total of 360 blood infection patients who underwent blood tests at our disease control institution from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a reference group and an experimental group,with 180 cases each.The reference group was tested using a microbial identification device,while the experimental group was tested using a fully automated blood culture device.The results of the inter group tests were compared.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in sensitivity and accuracy between the two groups(P>0.05);The cost and speed of detection in the reference group were higher than those in the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The sensitivity and accuracy of using a microbiological identification device and a fully automated blood culture device for blood testing of blood infected patients are comparable.However,the medical cost of a fully automated blood culture device is not high,and the testing time is short,with high application value.
