摘  要:目的:回顾和分析1900株在实验室间质量评估中的鉴定过程以及全自动微生物分析系统VITEK2-Compact(也称为VITEK2-Compact系统)在临床实践中稀有和困难细菌鉴定中的应用评估。方法:采用VITEK2-Compact系统自动微生物检测系统和常规手动识别方法对95株菌株进行验证。结果:结果表明,研究使用VITEK2-Compact自动微生物分析系统对128株菌株中的95株进行了检测,总识别率为96.9%。相较于常规鉴定方法,VITEK2-Compact自动微生物分析系统具有更高的重复性和稳定性,对于标准菌株的生化特性鉴定准确率达到100%。结论:VITEK2-Compact系统在临床鉴别性细菌方面,具有相当的局限。但对于罕见和困难菌种,应采用多种鉴定和综合分析方法,以避免误认。Objective:To review and analyze the identification process of 1900 strains in interlaboratory quality assessment and the evaluation of the application of VITEK2-Compact(also known as VITEK2-Compact system)in rare and difficult bacterial identification in clinical practice.Methods:VITEK2-Compactautomatic microbial detection system and conventional manual identification method were used to validate 95 strains.Results:The results showed that 95 of 128 strains were detected by VITEK2-Compact automatic microbial analysis system,and the total recognition rate was 96.9%.Compared with the conventional methods,the VITEK2-Compact automatic microbial analysis system has higher repeatability and stability,and the accuracy of biochemical identification for standard strains is 100%.Conclusion:VITEK2-Compact system has considerable limitations in clinical differential bacteria.But for rare and difficult species,we should use a variety of identification and comprehensive analysis methods to avoid mistaken.
