摘 要:目的:研究多功能盆腔治疗仪配合超声药物透入改善盆腔炎(PID)患者临床症状及对局部微循环状态的影响。方法:选取2020年1月~2022年12月本院收治的60例PID患者作为研究对象。将其以电脑编号随机法分为配合组(n=30)及参考组(n=30)。参考组选用常规抗菌治疗。配合组则于参考组的基础上增用多功能盆腔治疗仪及超声药物透入干预。对比两组临床症状,局部微循环,炎症因子,血液流变学。结果:配合组临床症状改善时间均短于参考组(P<0.05)。治疗7d后,两组局部微循环、炎症因子及血液流变学指标水平较治疗前均改善,且配合组改善幅度优于参考组(P<0.05)。结论:多功能盆腔治疗仪配合超声药物透入可显著改善PID患者临床症状、局部微循环、炎症因子及血液流变学。Objective:To study the effect of multifunctional pelvic therapeutic apparatus combined with ultrasound drug penetration on the improvement of clinical symptoms and local microcirculation in patients with pelvic inflammatory disease(PID).Methods:A total of 60 patients with PID admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the coordination group(n=30)and the reference group(n=30).The reference group received routine antibacterial treatment and nursing.The combination group was treated with multi-functional pelvic therapeutic apparatus and ultrasound drug penetration intervention on the basis of the reference group.Clinical symptoms,local microcirculation,inflammatory factors and hemorheology were compared between the two groups.Results:The improvement time of clinical symptoms in coordination group was shorter than that in reference group(P<0.05).After 7 days of treatment,the levels of local microcirculation,inflammatory factors and hemorheology indexes in both groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the improvement range of the coordination group was better than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multifunctional pelvic therapy instrument combined with ultrasonic drug penetration can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,local microcirculation,inflammatory factors and hemorheology of PID patients.
