氧气雾化器与超声雾化器吸入治疗小儿呼吸系统疾病的临床疗效对比观察

摘　　要：目的:研究分析小儿呼吸系统疾病治疗中氧气雾化器与超声雾化器的应用效果,并进行临床疗效比较。方法:选取2023年1月~12月接诊的小儿呼吸系统疾病患儿100例,采用随机数字表法分组,常规组予以患儿超声雾化器吸入治疗,研究组予以氧气雾化器吸入治疗,对比分析疗效。结果:治疗有效性评定,开展治疗后研究组治疗总有效率显著高于常规组(P<0.05),患儿实施呼吸系统疾病治疗期间,不良反应发生率研究组略低(P<0.05),病症反应相关指标、炎症因子指标研究组于采取治疗后改善显著(P<0.05)。结论:予以小儿呼吸系统疾病患儿雾化吸入治疗,氧气雾化器较超声雾化器应用效果更为良好,在促进患儿小儿呼吸系统疾病得到有效治疗的同时,利于增进其雾化器吸入治疗安全性。Objective:To study and analyze the application effects of oxygen nebulizer and ultrasound nebulizer in the treatment of pediatric respiratory diseases,and to compare their clinical efficacy.Methods:From January to December 2023,100 pediatric patients with respiratory system diseases were selected and divided into two groups using a random number table.The control group received treatment with ultrasound nebulizer inhalation,while the study group received treatment with oxygen nebulizer inhalation.The therapeutic effects were compared and analyzed.Results:After evaluating the effectiveness of treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment of respiratory system diseases in children,the incidence of adverse reactions was slightly lower in the study group compared to the study group(P<0.05).Disease response-related indicators and inflammatory factors,and the study group improved significantly after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oxygen nebulizer is more effective than ultrasound nebulizer in the treatment of pediatric respiratory system diseases.It not only promotes effective treatment of pediatric respiratory system diseases,but also enhances the safety of nebulizer inhalation therapy.
