痤疮后红斑采用强脉冲激光联合红蓝光照射治疗的效果研讨

摘　　要：目的:探究痤疮后红斑应用强脉冲激光联合红蓝光照射治疗的价值。方法:选择本院在2020年1月~2023年12月接诊的80例痤疮后红斑患者,以掷骰子法分组,每组40例,对照组给予红蓝光治疗,观察组给予强脉冲激光联合红蓝光照射治疗,对比两组的治疗有效率、红斑指数、黑色素指数、生活质量、不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(97.50%)高于对照组(77.50%),存在统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.3143,P=0.0068)。两组红斑指数、黑色素指数、生活质量评分相比,观察组低于对照组,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率(结痂、肿胀、红斑、疼痛)比较,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:痤疮后红斑应用强脉冲激光联合红蓝光照射治疗具有较好的疗效,应用价值高。Objective:Study on the therapeutic effect of strong pulsed laser and red-blue-ray radiation on actinic keratosis.Methods:80 patients with post acne erythema who were treated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups using the dice rolling method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received red and blue light treatment,while the observation group received strong pulsed laser combined with red and blue light irradiation treatment.The treatment efficacy,red spot index,melanin index,quality of life,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group(97.50%)was higher than that of the control group(77.50%),with statistical significance(χ^(2)=7.3143,P=0.0068).Compared with the control group,the observation group had lower levels of erythema index,melanin index,and quality of life score,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions(scab formation,swelling,erythema,pain)between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of acne erythema after intense pulse laser combined with red and blue light irradiation has good curative effect and high application value.
