全自动洗胃机在中毒急诊患者洗胃中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的:研究将全自动洗胃机应用在中毒急诊患者洗胃中的作用。方法:将2022年5月~2023年12月来本院接受治疗的88例中毒急诊患者通过电脑随机方法分为观察组和对照组,每组均44例。对照组经过传统的洗胃方法进行干预,观察组则采用全自动洗胃机进行干预,比较两组的效果差异。结果:①观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②观察组的洗胃时长、住院时间、症状消失时间、洗胃液残余量均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将全自动洗胃机应用在中毒急诊患者的洗胃之中能有效减少患者出现并发症的风险,缩短患者洗胃等所需时间,提升康复效率。Objective:To investigate the role of automatic gastric lavage machine in gastric lavage for emergency poisoning patients.Methods:A total of 88 emergency poisoning patients treated in our hospital from May 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into observation group and control group by computer,with 44 patients in each group.The control group was treated with traditional gastric lavage,while the observation group was treated with automatic gastric lavage machine.The effects of the two groups were compared.Results:①The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);②The gastric lavage time,hospitalization time,symptom disappearance time,and residual gastric lavage fluid in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of automatic gastric lavage machine in gastric lavage for emergency poisoning patients can effectively reduce the risk of complications,shorten the time required for gastric lavage,and improve rehabilitation efficiency.
