摘 要:目的:研究小儿呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎应用X射线检查的效果。方法:研究对象为本社区卫生服务中心2020年1月~2023年12月收治的82例呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎患儿,所有患儿均进行X射线检查,观察呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎影像表现并详细记录检查结果。结果:82例患儿的X射线检查结果显示:支气管炎23例(28.05%),肺内实质性病变59例(71.95%);54例(65.85%)患儿可见斑片状密度增高影沿支气管束走行,累及下肺野的病变共24例(29.27%),累及肺野内中带的病变共30例(36.59%);多灶性病变共38例(46.34%);实变较为少见共3例(3.66%),片状影融合表现为实变,主要在两下肺野、右上肺野分布,且其分布呈现出沿支气管束走行的特点;未观察到胸腔积液。32例患儿行X射线检查后在1周内进行复查,结果显示绝大多数患儿肺内病变均出现吸收,阅片结果与临床诊断的一致性较高(Kappa=0.786)。结论:X射线检查在小儿呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎的临床诊断中具有较高的应用价值,可有效检出肺内病变,明确病变分布,帮助临床上鉴别诊断该疾病。Objective:To study the effect of X-ray examination on respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia in children.Methods:The study subjects were 82 children with respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia admitted to our community health service center from January 2020 to December 2023.All children underwent X-ray examination to observe the imaging manifestations of respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia and record the examination results in detail.Results:The X-ray examination results of 82 children showed that there were 23 cases(28.05%)of bronchitis and 59 cases(71.95%)of pulmonary parenchymal lesions;54 cases(65.85%)of pediatric patients showed patchy high-density shadows running along the bronchial tract,involving a total of 24 cases(29.27%)in the lower lung field and 30 cases(36.59%)in the middle zone of the lung field;38 cases(46.34%)of multifocal lesions;Solidification is relatively rare in 3 cases(3.66%),with patchy fusion presenting as consolidation,mainly distributed in the two lower lung fields and the right upper lung field,and showing a characteristic distribution along the bronchial bundle;No pleural effusion was observed.32 children underwent X-ray examination and underwent follow-up within one week.The results showed that the vast majority of lung lesions in the patients showed absorption,and the consistency between the film reading results and clinical diagnosis was high(Kappa=0.786).Conclusion:X-ray examination has high application value in the clinical diagnosis of pediatric respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia,which can effectively detect pulmonary lesions,clarify the distribution of lesions,and help differentiate and diagnose the disease in clinical practice.
