摘　　要：目的:探讨分析对颈椎病患者采用数字X射线摄影技术进行诊断的价值。方法:选取2021年3月~2023年3月本中心收治的150例颈椎病患者进行研究,全部患者均经数字X射线摄影技术等进行诊断,确诊为颈椎病,对其采用数字X射线摄影技术进行检查,将获取的检查结果与确诊结果进行对比,确认对患者的诊断价值。结果:数字X射线摄影技术对患者的诊断准确率对比确诊结果差异较小,对患者颈部骨骼变化的检出率对比确诊结果差异较小,对颈椎双边征以及椎间孔狭窄的检出率对比确诊结果差异较小,对比均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。数字X线摄影技术对黄韧带肥厚的检出率较确诊结果更低,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对颈椎病患者采用数字X线摄影技术进行诊断具有较高的价值,能够对患者的病情进行有效的诊断,且能够准确识别其颈部骨骼变化,检出特异性征象,这样不仅能够对患者有效确诊,还可以为制定对患者的治疗方案提供重要参考,使患者能够接受及时有效的治疗。Objective:To explore and analyze the diagnostic value of digital radiography in patients with cervical spondylosis.Methods:150 patients with cervical spondylosis admitted to this center from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected for the study.All patients were diagnosed with cervical spondylosis by CT technology and digital X-ray technology,etc.Digital X-ray technology was used to examine them before surgery,and the obtained examination results were compared with the confirmed results.Confirm diagnostic value for patients.Results:The diagnostic accuracy of digital X-ray imaging technology for patients showed little difference compared to the diagnosis results.The detection rate of cervical bone changes in patients showed little difference compared to the diagnosis results.The detection rate of bilateral cervical signs and intervertebral foramen stenosis showed little difference compared to the diagnosis results,and there was no statistical significance in the comparisons(P>0.05).The detection rate of digital X-ray imaging technology for ligamentum flavum hypertrophy is lower than the diagnosis result,and the comparison is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of digital radiography in the diagnosis of cervical spondylosis patients is of high value,which can effectively diagnose the patient’s condition,accurately identify the changes of the neck bone,and detect specific signs,which can not only effectively diagnose the patient,but also provide an important reference for the formulation of treatment plans for the patient,so that the patient can receive timely and effective treatment.
