手术室腔镜器械细节管理应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析在实施手术室腔镜器械管理的过程中细节管理的临床应用效果以及价值。方法:本次实验研究的对象为本院手术室2019年10月~2020年10月使用的腔镜器械500套,根据其使用时间先后顺序的不同分为两组,其中先使用的250套腔镜器械作为常规组,其管理方式为常规管理,后使用的250套腔镜器械作为细节组,其管理方式为细节管理,分析两组腔镜器械的管理效果。结果:细节组器械清洗合格率、器械完好率、部件丢失率、器械准备差错率、医院感染率与常规组相比差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;统计学分析两组腔镜器械管理质量以及医生满意度后可知,细节组患者腔镜器械管理质量明显更高,同时医生对于其满意程度也相对较高,与常规组相比差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:在实施手术室腔镜器械管理的过程中细节管理的运用不仅仅可以保证器械完好、清洗质量,同时也避免了部件丢失、准备差错,减少医院感染的出现,获得显著的管理质量和医生满意度。Objective:To analyze the clinical application effect and value of detail management in the management of endoscopic instruments in the operating room.Methods:The subjects of this experimental study were 500 sets of endoscopy instruments used in the operating room of our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020,which were divided into two groups according to the different use time sequence.Among them,250 sets of endoscopy instruments used first were used as routine group with routine management mode,and 250 sets of endoscopy instruments used later were used as detail group.The management mode is detail management,and the management effect of the two groups of endoscope instruments is analyzed.Results:Compared with the conventional group,there were significant differences in the qualified rate of instrument cleaning,instrument integrity rate,component loss rate,instrument preparation error rate and nosocomial infection rate in the detail group(P<0.05).After statistical analysis of endoscopic instrument management quality and doctor satisfaction between the two groups,it can be seen that the endoscopic instrument management quality of patients in the detailed group was significantly higher,and the doctor’s satisfaction with it was also relatively higher,which was significant compared with the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of detail management in the management of endoscopic instruments in the operating room can not only ensure the integrity of instruments and cleaning quality,but also avoid the loss of parts and preparation errors,reduce the occurrence of nosocomial infections,and obtain significant management quality and doctor satisfaction.
