双重分级管理在眼科器械清洗消毒灭菌中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨双重分级管理在眼科器械清洗消毒灭菌中的应用效果。方法:回顾性选取2022年3月~2022年11月于都县人民医院采用常规管理清洗消毒灭菌的300件眼科器械为对照组,2022年12月~2023年8月消毒供应中心采用双重分级管理清洗消毒灭菌的305件眼科器械为实验组。根据目测法和ATP生物荧光法比较两组器械清洗效果及灭菌效果、包布缺陷率及器械损坏率、临床满意度及术后医院感染率。结果:实验组目测法合格率及ATP检测法合格率、灭菌效果及临床满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组包布缺陷率、器械损坏率及术后医院感染率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:双重分级管理在眼科器械中清洗消毒灭菌效果较好,可减少器械包布缺陷率、器械损坏率及术后医院感染率,并提高临床医护满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of double grade management in cleaning,disinfection and sterilization of ophthalmic instruments.Methods:Retrospectively,300 ophthalmic instruments that were cleaned,sterilized and sterilized by routine management in Yudu County People’s Hospital from March 2022 to November 2022 were selected as the control group,and 305 ophthalmic instruments that were cleaned,sterilized and sterilized by doublelevel management in the disinfection supply center from December 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the experimental group.The effect of cleaning and sterilization,the defect rate of packing step,the damage rate of apparatus,clinical satisfaction and postoperative nosocomial infection rate were compared between the two groups according to visual method and ATP bioluminescence method.Results:The qualification rates of visual inspection method,ATP detection method,sterilization effect,and clinical satisfaction in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The defect rate of the experimental group's packaging,the rate of instrument damage,and the postoperative hospital infection rate were all lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of double grade management on cleaning,disinfection and sterilization of ophthalmic instruments is better,which can reduce the defect rate of instrument pack,the damage rate of instrument and the postoperative nosocomial infection rate,and improve the satisfaction of clinical care.
