PDCA循环模式在医疗设备维修管理中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的:分析计划-执行-检查-处理(PDCA)循环模式在医疗设备维修管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年8月~2023年7月本院维修管理的65台医疗设备,按照维修管理时间将2021年8月~2022年7月作为干预前,2022年8月~2023年7月作为干预后。干预前采取常规医疗设备维修管理措施,干预后采用PDCA循环模式进行医疗设备维修管理。针对干预前与干预后医疗设备维修管理的执行率、医疗设备的维修率与设备故障率,以及医疗设备维修管理满意度进行对比。结果:干预后本组医疗设备质控执行率、维修保养表填写执行率、状态标签悬挂执行率均高于干预前(P<0.05)。干预后本组医疗设备故障率低于干预前(P<0.05),干预前后医疗设备维修率对比,结果无差异性(P>0.05)。干预后医疗设备维修管理满意度调查评分明显高于干预前(P<0.05)。结论:PDCA循环模式在医疗设备维修管理中具有显著的应用效果,可以有效提高维修管理的执行率,降低故障率,提高临床科室对于维修管理工作的满意度。Objective:To analyze the application effect of the PDCA cycle model in medical equipment maintenance management.Methods:This study selected 65 medical devices that were maintained and managed by our hospital from August 2021 to July 2023.According to the maintenance management time,the period from August 2021 to July 2022 was used as the pre intervention period,and the period from August 2022 to July 2023 was used as the post intervention period.Before intervention,routine medical equipment maintenance and management measures were taken,and after intervention,PDCA cycle mode was used for medical equipment maintenance and management.Compare the execution rate of medical equipment maintenance management before and after intervention,the maintenance rate and equipment failure rate of medical equipment,and the satisfaction of medical equipment maintenance management.Results:After intervention,the implementation rate of medical equipment quality control,maintenance form filling,and status label hanging in this group were higher than before intervention(P<0.05).After intervention,the failure rate of medical equipment in this group was lower than before intervention(P<0.05).There was no difference in the maintenance rate of medical equipment before and after intervention(P>0.05).The satisfaction survey score of medical equipment maintenance management after intervention was significantly higher than before intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:The PDCA cycle model has significant application effects in medical equipment maintenance management,which can effectively improve the execution rate of maintenance management,reduce maintenance rates,and improve the satisfaction of clinical departments with maintenance management work.
