摘　　要：心脑欣胶囊由红景天、枸杞子、沙棘鲜浆组成,具有益气养阴,活血化瘀的作用。可清除自由基、改善微循环、抗缺氧,临床报告可用于治疗高原反应、高原红细胞增多症、抑郁症、脑缺血、冠心病、心绞痛等疾病。通过查阅近26年国内外文献,对心脑欣胶囊的基本信息、质量控制、安全性研究、药理研究、临床研究内容进行描述性综述,以期为该类制剂上市后研究和同类民族医药产品开发提供参考。Xinnao Xin capsules are composed of Rhodiola rosea,goji berries and sea buckthorn fresh pulp,which have the effect of Yiqi Yangyin and Huoxue Huayu.It can scavenge free radicals,improve microcirculation,anti-hypoxia,and clinical reports can be used to treat altitude sickness,high-altitude polycythemia,depression,cerebral ischemia,coronary heart disease,angina pectoris and other diseases.By reviewing the literature domestic and foreign in the past 26 years,the basic information,quality control,safety research,pharmacological research and clinical research content of Xinnao Xin capsules are descriptively reviewed,in order to provide reference for the post-marketing research of such preparations and the development of similar ethnic pharmaceutical products.
