童安荣主任治疗痛风性肾病临证经验

摘　　要：痛风性肾病因其临床具有反复发作、病程周期长的特征,给临床诊疗工作带来了一定程度的挑战,又因其病因病机的复杂性及不可治愈性,众医家在治疗时尚无确切临床诊疗依据。童安荣主任通过长期临床实践经验,总结出痛风性肾病为本虚标实之候,其中主要与肾虚关系最为密切,标实则多为湿、热、淤胶结所致,以滋肾清利法治疗能有效改善患者的临床症状和保护肾功能。现附验案1例,介绍童安荣主任治疗痛风性肾病的临证经验,以资佐证。Due to its clinical characteristics of recurrent attacks and long disease course,gouty nephropathy poses certain challenges to clinical diagnosis and treatment.Moreover,due to the complexity and incurability of its etiology and pathogenesis,there is currently no definitive clinical diagnostic and therapeutic basis.Director Tong Anrong has summarized his clinical experience and concluded that gouty nephropathy is mainly related to kidney deficiency,with dampness,heat,and stasis being the main pathological factors.Treating it with nourishing the kidneys and promoting diuresis can effectively improve clinical symptoms and protect kidney function in patients.A case study is attached to present Director Tong Anrong s clinical experience in treating gouty nephropathy as supporting evidence.
