摘  要:微波除冰技术作为一种新型除冰方式,具有除冰率高、绿色无污染等优点,然而微波除冰的效率问题成为了制约该技术应用的关键。为提高混凝土微波除冰效率,将一定掺量(0,3%,6%,9%,12%,15%)的3种吸波掺料(Fe_(3)O_(4),SiC,石墨)掺入涂层黏结溶剂,制备混凝土吸波涂层。利用开放式微波发射系统,对表面涂刷吸波涂层的混凝土进行无冰升温试验和微波除冰试验,针对吸波涂层对混凝土微波加热效率、微波除冰性能的影响进行研究,并对比分析了不同吸波涂层对混凝土微波除冰性能的影响。结果表明:Fe_(3)O_(4)吸波涂层、SiC吸波涂层、石墨吸波涂层均能提高混凝土表面的升温速率,增强混凝土的微波加热效率和微波除冰性能;随着吸波涂层中吸波掺料掺量的增加,混凝土试件表面的升温速率先增大后减小,Fe_(3)O_(4),SiC,石墨的最佳掺量分别为9%,9%,12%;石墨吸波涂层对混凝土微波加热效率和微波除冰性能的改善效果最佳,其次为Fe_(3)O_(4)吸波涂层,最后为石墨吸波涂层;在最佳掺量下,Fe_(3)O_(4)吸波涂层、SiC吸波涂层、石墨吸波涂层使混凝土微波加热效率分别提高了148.73%,81.8%,156.95%,使混凝土微波除冰性能提高了129.62%,67.12%,245.11%。As a new deicing method,microwave deicing technology has the advantages of high deicing rate,green and pollution-free,however,the microwave deicing efficiency has become the key to restrict the application of this technology.In order to improve the microwave deicing efficiency of concrete,a certain amount(0,3%,6%,9%,12%,15%)of 3 kinds of microwave absorbing admixtures(Fe_(3)O_(4),SiC,graphite)are mixed into the coating bonding solvent to prepare the microwave absorbing coating of concrete.The open microwave emission system is used to carry out ice-free temperature rise test and microwave deicing test on concrete coated with absorbing coating.The effect of microwave absorbing coatings on concrete microwave heating efficiency and microwave deicing property are studied,and the influence of different absorbing coatings on concrete microwave deicing property are compared and analyzed.The result shows that(1)Fe_(3)O_(4) microwave absorbing coating,SiC microwave absorbing coating and graphite microwave absorbing coating can increase the heating rate of concrete surface,and improve the microwave heating efficiency and microwave deicing property of concrete;(2)with the increase of the amount of absorbing admixture,the heating rate of the concrete specimen surface first increases and then decreases;(3)the optimum contents of Fe_(3)O_(4),SiC and graphite are 9%,9%and 12%respectively,and graphite absorbing coating has the best improvement effect on microwave heating efficiency and microwave deicing property of concrete,followed by Fe_(3)O_(4) absorbing coating and graphite absorbing coating;(4)with under the optimal contents,the microwave heating efficiency of concrete with Fe_(3)O_(4) absorbing coating,SiC absorbing coating and graphite absorbing coating increase by 148.73%,81.8%and 156.95%respectively,and the microwave deicing property of concrete increase by 129.62%,67.12%and 245.11%respectively.
