摘  要:利用大气暴晒试验,辅以场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM)、场发射电子探针扫描分析仪(FE-EPMA)、显微拉曼光谱(Raman)以及电化学测试,研究了热轧氧化皮对经快速稳定化处理Q345qDNH耐候钢锈层演变规律及其耐工业大气腐蚀性能影响机理。结果表明,氧化皮(Fe_(3)O_(4)+Fe_(2)O_(3)+少量FeO及FeCr_(2)O_(4)相)存在改善了锈层表面的致密性,但未改变Q345qDNH耐候钢腐蚀产物类型,有无氧化皮的Q345qDNH耐候钢试样腐蚀产物均主要由γ-FeOOH、α-FeOOH和Fe_(3)O_(4)组成,两种试样快速稳定化锈层均呈现出α-FeOOH由外向内生长的现象,带热轧氧化皮试样因氧化皮中Fe_(3)O_(4)存在可促进α-FeOOH生成而表现出更好的锈层稳定化效果和耐蚀性。The effect of mill scale on the evolution of the fast-stabilized rust layer and anti-corrosion performance of Q345qDNH weathering steel in industrial atmospheric environment was studied via real atmospheric exposure testing,field emission scanning electron microscope(FE-SEM),field emission electron probe(FE-EPMA),micro-Raman Spectrum and electrochemical technique.The results showed that the presence of Fe_(3)O_(4),Fe_(2)O_(3),a small amount of FeO and FeCr_(2)O_(4)in the oxide scales could improve the compactness of the rust layer,but could not change the types of corrosion products of Q345qDNH weathering steel.The corrosion products of the bare steel and the steel with mill scale were mainly composed ofγ-FeOOH,α-FeOOH and Fe_(3)O_(4).In the three types of corrosion products,the propagation ofα-FeOOH is an inward growing process.The steels with mill scales present better rust layer stabilization and corrosion resistance due to the existence of Fe_(3)O_(4)in the mill scale could promote the formation ofα-FeOOH.
