阿伦特国族凝聚力思想的三个维度

摘　　要：国族是现代国家的重要政治资源,国族认同建构是现代国家良序运转的基础,现代国家建构莫不致力于国族凝聚力的提升。然而,全球化时代到来,不但深度解构传统国族内部凝聚力,而且消解国家既有的国族建构方略效力。随着时空场域的变迁,使得既有的国族建构,既不能简单地凭借民族主义情绪实现公民的聚合,又难以单纯地借助国民权益的增长换取政治效忠。国族凝聚力的建设需要思想家富有洞见的思想作为源泉,从而获得全新的启示。阿伦特就是这样一位思想家,从她本人对犹太民族观念的反思中,我们可以归纳出国族凝聚力思想的三个维度:容忍他者的包容社会,有序参与公共生活的公民理性,以及实现国族凝聚力建设的最终目标——正义之国。For a modern country,nation is an important political resource and the construction of national identity is the basis of its well-ordered operation.However,globalization has not only deconstructed the internal cohesion of traditional nation but also dissolved the effectiveness of national construction strategies.With the changes in time and space,the national construction today can not simply rely on nationalist sentiments for social unity nor the increase of civic rights and interests for political allegiance.It needs insightful ideas of thinkers.Based on Arendt's view of Jewry,We can summarize the three dimensions of the thought on national cohesion as follows:an inclusive society that tolerates others,the civic rationality to participate in public life in an orderly manner,and a country of justice-the ultimate goal of achieving national cohesion.
