河北典型入海河口丰水期微塑料赋存特征及来源分析

摘  要:为探究入海河口表层海水的微塑料赋存及来源,掌握微塑料分布基线,服务海洋生态环境保护及预警监测工作,本研究选取河北省大蒲河口、大清河口、南排河口3个典型河口进行微塑料污染调查。通过采样、预处理和鉴定研究发现,河北近岸海域表层海水微塑料丰度为(0.14±0.11)n/m^(3),粒径范围主要集中在0.5~2.0 mm,聚合物类型主要为人造丝(Rayon),其次为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)。多样性指数分析显示,经济结构、人类活动及河道汇水面积等因素对河口微塑料浓度产生影响,不同河口微塑料污染程度和来源存在差异,河北海域的表层海水微塑料丰度总体处于较低水平。With the intention of exploring the occurrence characteristics and sources of microplastics in the surface seawater of estuaries,mastering the distribution baseline of microplastics,and serving the protection and early warning monitoring of marine ecological environment,this study selected three typical estuaries in Hebei province,including Dapu estuary,Daqing estuary,and Nanpai estuary,to investigate the microplastic contamination.Through sampling,pretreatment,and identification,it was found that the abundance of microplastics in surface seawater in the coastal waters of Hebei Province is 0.14±0.11 n/m^(3),with particle sizes mainly concentrated in the range of 0.5-2.0 mm,and the predominant polymer type is Rayon,followed by polyethylene terephthalate(PET).Diversity index analysis indicates that the factors affecting the concentration of microplastics in estuaries are economic structure,human activities and catchment area of the river course.The extent and sources of microplastic contamination in different estuaries vary.The abundance of microplastics in the surface seawater of research area is generally at a relatively low level.
