“雅舞”称名考述与中古礼乐观念

摘  要:郭茂倩言“雅舞”为“郊庙、朝飨所奏文武二舞”。但先唐文献所见之“雅舞”其实并未如此明确,而是一种泛称。这是由于长期以来诗、乐、舞三位一体的礼乐观已成为文化惯性,不为人所察;同时又受杂乐舞流行影响,官方致力于雅化杂乐舞。事实上“雅舞”离不开“雅乐”,中古礼乐制度的建构促进了“雅乐”观念的成熟,也催化了“雅舞”从“雅乐”体系中的分立。宋元及之后的学者进一步完善“雅舞”的文武体系,细致辨析“雅舞”的出现时间和古今舞容,并有意识地提高雅乐舞辞的文学地位。考察“雅舞”在历史文献中的称名演变,具有礼乐观念、舞蹈史料学等方面的多重意义。Guo Maoqian regarded“elegant dance”as a combination of the Wen dance and Wu dance performed in suburban temples and court banquets.However,the“elegant dance”recorded in the pre⁃Tang literature was not so clear,but rather a general term,since the concept of rites and music that integrates poetry,music,and dance has long been a cultural convention and ignored by researchers.Meanwhile,influenced by the popularity of folk music and dance,the authorities were committed to refining folk music and dance.In fact,“elegant dance”cannot be separated from“elegant music”.The construction of the ancient ritual and music system promoted the maturity of the elegant music concept,and also accelerated the separation of“elegant dance”from the system of“elegant music”.Scholars have improved the Wen dance and Wu dance system of“elegant dance”since the Song and Yuan Dynasties,analyzed the occurrence time and movement norm of“elegant dance”,and raised the literary status of elegant music and dance.The evolution of the name“elegant dance”in historical documents possesses multiple meanings in terms of ritual and music concepts,historical dance documents and so on.
