基于数据分析的县区级综合年鉴大事记设计——以绍兴地区年鉴为例

摘　　要：大事记是地方综合年鉴的重要组成部分。数据分析作为一种重要的新兴科学,可以清晰描绘出一地大事记的发展面貌,进而有针对性地提出合理建议。以6部绍兴地区县区级综合年鉴为例,通过对其大事记规模、月度分布、条目种类、条目来源等情况的数据分析,发现存在整体规模偏小、部分月份事条断层太长、条目全面性要求尚未达成、条目来源渠道较为单一等问题。要提升年鉴大事记编写规范化水平,要在大事记选编这一关键环节上注意标准问题和编法问题。The"Chronicle of Key Events"is an important part of local comprehensive yearbooks.Data analysis,a vital and emerging science,can provide a clear picture of the development of the Chronicle of Events in a specific area,and then offer targeted and well-reasoned recommendations.Analyzing six county and district level comprehensive yearbooks from the Shaoxing area,through data analysis of the scale,monthly distribution,types and sources of entries of the chronicles,it has been observed that issues such as the overall scale being too small,extended gaps between entries during certain months,incomplete comprehensiveness of entries,and limited sources of information.In order to improve the standardization of the yearbook's chronicles of major events,attention should also be paid to standard and compilation issues in the critical process of selecting and compiling the chronicles.
